Hot Pizza Dip

Today is Alan's birthday so at his request we had this as an appetizer. Yum!

Hot Pizza Dip

Prep time: 15 minutes

Bake time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:

• 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
• ¾ cup (3 oz) grated fresh parmesan cheese
• 1 can (8 oz) pizza sauce
• ¼ cup diced green bell pepper, slicked green onions or chopped pitted ripe olives
• 12-24 pepperoni slices, optional

Directions: 

1.  Preheat oven to 350 F. In a small bowl combine cream cheese and seasoning; spread onto the bottom of a 9x9 pan or small baking dish.
2. In a small bowl combine mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle half of the cheese mixture over cream cheese. Top with pizza sauce, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture. Add toppings.
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.
