2 Ingredient Pumpkin Cake

2 Ingredient Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients:
  • One Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 (15oz) can 100% pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling
Directions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl mix cake mix with pumpkin puree. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. 
  3. Pour batter into a greased 7 x 11 inch baking dish or cupcake pan.
  4. Bake for 28 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. 
  5. Cool completely before frosting.

Apple Cider Glaze

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
Directions:
  1. In a small bowl blend all ingredients until smooth.
