Ingredients:
- One Box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 (15oz) can 100% pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl mix cake mix with pumpkin puree. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour batter into a greased 7 x 11 inch baking dish or cupcake pan.
- Bake for 28 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before frosting.
Apple Cider Glaze
Ingredients:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp apple cider
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
Directions:
- In a small bowl blend all ingredients until smooth.
